Is Scalp Itching Related To Diagnosed Crohn S?

My son was diagnosed with the beginning of crohns about 3 months ago. A few months back he had sores all of his head and couldn t stop itching. When they had him in the hospital for a week trying to get a diagnosis his itchy scalp completely went away. Could it be from all of the medication they had pumping through him at the hospital. All of the itching has returned this past month. Could it be linked with the Crohns?

Crown disease has many skin manifestations.one of the extra intestinal manifestations is scalp dermatitis which is seborrhoeic. .treatment of crowns will resolve this..
