Is Sciatica Hereditary?
Hi! I am 31 yrs old. I m having sciatica nerve problem since a long time. In my right leg one nerve is pulling from the toe. Now only I found that it is sciatica problem. My mother is also having the same problem. Can it be a heridity problem. pls suggest me a doctor from chennai or Trichy.

thank you for your question, no sciatica is not hereditary, usually it happens due to common similar reasons between people, it happens because of sciatic nerve impingement. losing weight if over wieght might help reduce the symptoms.
