Is Scratch By Stray Cat With History Of Taking Booster Doses Of Rabipur Concerning?

My son is seven years old , he had taken five doses of Rabipur in July 2008 to the arms and eight months later in March 2009 he had got two booster doses of Rabipur on the 8th and 11th . Now , two years and seven months later , he got a scratch while playing with his friends , but there was a friendly stray cat with them .
I WANT TO GET HIM BOOSTER DOSE/S AGAIN . ARE THERE CHANCES OF OVERDOSE ? HE IS SEVEN YEARS OLD ,, DO I HAVE TO GET ANTIBODY TITRE DONE AND WHERE ? OR IF NO MAJOR RISK I WA

Hi..
As you did not have mentioned about the rabies immunoglobulin status of child previously, site of present injury, whether asociated with oozing of blood or not, so it wont be possible to suggest accurately about the vaccine. But if you want to get him booster dose, you can give him without having any fear of overdose as its already 2years and 7 months have passed.
