Is Scratching Nose, Mild Nose Bleed With Running Nose And Feeling Of Something Stuck In Nose Concerning?

So a group of old friends dragged me out for a night, things got alittle out of hand, and i tried coke, 2 weeks later i do it again. Now 4-5 days have passed and my nose is scratching so badly! I've had some mild nose bleeds.
Alot of running nose.
I'm kinda just gonna stay away from these retarded things.
Drinking = poor judgement.

But the scratching is really really annoying, its kinda better today then it was yesterday. I think i may have wounds in my nose?, at first it felt like there was something leftover in my nose, but i dont know.
Is this something i should get checked?, if it continues to irritate?

hello!
coke is likely to produce a swelling and wound in your nose, this is causing the irritation and bleeding!
please meet your ent doctor for further advice!
