Is Secretion Of Reddish Tissue In The Urine A Symptom Of STD, UTI Or Damaged Tissue During Sex?

Okay so today I went to use the bathroom and I noticed a piece of reddish-pinkish tissue that came out when I urinated (it burned). I m not on my period right now, but I should be in the next day or two. I was worried it may have been something else since I had just had sex with my boyfriend about 20 minutes prior to this that also hurt too. However, it always hurts with him because he s rather large and I m really tiny. Could it be tissue that was damaged during sex? A UTI? STD? I m just really stressed. I m 19 by the way!

Hello
Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have reddish tissue in urine immediately after having painful sex with your boy friend.

This is most likely to be due to trivial injury to your urethra during forceful and rough sex ,and could not be due to UTI or STD.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

I think it should get resolved within 5 days.
