Hello,
During ejaculation in the vagina, some of the semen will come out, and some of the semen will be side only.
But sperms in the vagina are enough, and they cause pregnancy (if you have normal sperm count and motility).
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
This is a very normal query. It is absolutely normal of sperm getting leaked out. It is not just your sperm that is the secretion of female and male genitals.
This will not affect the chance of pregnancy, and adequate numbers of sperms are released inside.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Rohit Kothari
