Hello, Welocme to HCM, Seroflo is an excellent drug in children with wheezing problem. Side effects are very minimal and should be supervised regularly. You have to take your child for regular follow-up with your doctor to get proper dose. DO not stop the drug on your own, stopping this medicine needs to be planned as it contains steroid in the form of fluticasone. This drug will not cause any adverse effect on the growth and development of your child. Thank you.
