Is Severe Back Pain, Bulging Stomach With Sore Breast Sign Of Pregnancy?

Hi I had regular bleeding from January till March and then I was due to in April but since my last period in March I haven t had periods and my test for pregnancy is negative. As I also have a coil in place too, since my lapsed date for periods in April my stomach has been growing a d I look like as if I m pregnant my breasts are sore and have severe back pain. My stomach is growing a lot like it does in pregnancy but I m not pregnant. Could you please tell me what is happening.

Hi. If you have confirmed that you are not pregnant, then all these symptoms are due to the coil and because of the menstruation delay. You should do an ultrasound examination.
