Is Severe Depression And Rapid Weight Gain A Sign Of High BP?

My face has been getting really hot at times lately...probably 3 times this week. I know I am depressed. I feel like my heart is racing...almost like i ve had too much caffeine...I have also gained more weight lately and am wondering if I may have high blood pressure. I was borderline about a year ago.
