Is Severe Pain In Chest With Small Lump After A Crash Serious?
about 3 days ago I crashed hard racing motocross and hit my chest on the crossbar pad.....it was like hitting a brick wall... it knocked the wind out of me...now I have chest pain and a small lump in centre of chest...and cant take deep breaths...and If I cough or sneeze It almost brings me to my knees

You could be having rib fractures. I suggest you avoid taking deep breaths, avoid lying on that side. Consult your Doctor and get a Chest X-ray to find out if it is fracture. Apply cool compress to the painful region.
