Hi,
Emergency contraceptive contains high dose of hormone and if she has taken it on an empty stomach, she can have hyperacidity to cause such severe abdominal pain. She needs injectable antacid to stop pain. Till you can reach a doctor, give her a glass of freezer cold milk to sip or give her 2 pills of Gelusil pill to suck on. Don't give her anything hot or spicy for a few hours.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
