Hello ma'am and welcome.

A woman's menstrual cycle may be sensitive for a while after delivery (post-partum), and tampering with it in any way can result in further irregularities. The postinor either way comes with side effects of menstrual irregularities and inter-menstrual bleeding, but when taken in an increased frequency and so close to delivery, this could clearly be the cause for your irregularity.

You may have to visit your doctor for a little help (with the help of medications) to help regularise your menstrual cycle, nothing too serious. In the meantime, please try to lose some weight.

Best wishes.
