Is Slight Burning After Splash Of Biuret On Face Concerning?

My daughter's face was splashed with biuret today in her science lab class. She was wearing protective goggles, so it did not affect her eyes. She immediatey washed the area. It is now evening, and she says it burns slightly. I don't see much redness. Should I be concerned?

Nothing more is required now you can apply betnovate cream over the burning area whenever burning is more. Remember that never apply cream for long duration.
