Is Small, Painful Bump On Shin Healed With Massage Concerning?
Hi I had a bruise for a month or two on my shin and the bruised healed but there was still pain in that area. Today I massaged the area and felt a small bump and then after sometime felt the pain in my shin was gone. Does that mean it was a hematoma and I massaged it out? Is that dangerous that I pressed on it. Will I be waking up wih a pneumothorax In the morning? Should I go to the ER?
hi ,i read your query. massage over injury should be avoided .It further injure the area.it will gradually heal and will disappear. you can take analgesics(diclofenac sodium 50 mg up to three times a day) if it pains.i thing my advice will be useful.
