Is Small Scab On Lip After Being Bit Concerning?

I kissed my boyfriend goodnight last night and he accidentally bit my lip; it didn't draw blood, but there's a small pinhole-sized scab where he bit me. I put hydrogen peroxide on the wound to be safe, but am I going to be okay or should I seek medical attention?
