First of all I would recommend a visit to a doctor as only he/she can accurately diagnose your condition. A pregnancy is still on the cards and will have to be diagnosed/ruled out if other conditions like infections, hormonal imbalance, etc; are to be considered.
For now, please do not indulge in sexual intercourse till your doctor deems it safe. You may also conduct a home pregnancy test using an early morning urine sample if your doctors appointment is not anytime soon.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
