Is Spotting During Pregnancy With Baby S Heartbeat Being 96 Serious?

hi I went to the emergency room today because I was having spotting. they saw my baby yolk sac and everything. The baby is in the right place but they said my babys heart beat is at 96. I am very scared because I had a miscarriage a few months ago but that pregnancy the baby never formed.

Developement all seems normal but the babys heart beat is indeed low for what it should be. I would recommend waiting for a while linger and observing, if at all the heart beat does not improve, intervention may be warranted.
