Is Stiff Neck And Painful Shoulders With Constant Headache Serious?

Hi,

I'm probably just worried about nothing, but I thought that I should at least check if you think I should see my GP. For the past two and a half days I have had a headache which I have been treating with up to eight panadol a day. In addition, I have had bad diarrhea and cramping associated with that. I am also worried because my neck got extremely stiff yesterday to the point that I could not turn my head properly. This morning I woke up and the neck stiffness and associated pain had spread to my shoulders. I have not done anything unusual or strenuous to explain the stiffness.

Is this anything to worry about, or not? Just a virus that will pass?
