I haven't had a period in around 10 months. As far as I know I am not pregnant and have cysts on my ovaries. All day yesterday I had a dull ache on my right side and small cramps on both sides while trying to sleep last night. This morning I noticed blood in my urine and small pieces of what I was once told was tissue. When that happened 4 years ago I was brought to the hospital and found out I had miscarried. Is it possible during those 10 months I had gotten pregnant and am now miscarrying? Is it possible it is something else?
