Is Stomach Transplantation Possible?

My Mother is having surgery for a Hiatal Hernia tomorrow and they ve warned us that is her stomach has died it would need to be removed. They would connect the esophagus and the intestines to each other after removing her stomach. I want to know if she can have a stomach transplant? A re those ever done? Can I donate part of my stomach to her?
