Is Stomach Upset Common During Urinary Tract Infections (UTI)?
Went to walk in clinic Thursday, said I had UTI. Started on Tuesday, some bleeding with it. Gave me Nitrofurantoin. I am still having some pressure and milk irritaton. slight upset stomach. General do not feel well. should I be concerned, or complete medication.

It is possible to get gastritis with Nitrofurantoin. Addition of PPI as Omeprazole with drug basket will help.
