Hi, i experienced something the the other night a feeling like menstrual pain but im not aving any period also my vagina was hurting really bad the pain then traveled to my buttoks ad then to my leg. it woke me up early in the morning. this is the third time it as happened to me but the cases are like a few years apart the last time this happened before was like 2yrs ago. could cancer cause that?
