Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic. Seborrhoeic dermatitis could involve the scalp, eyebrow area, ears and sides of the nose. It could get exacerbated with sunlight as in your case. While sunscreen alone may not help you, you could use a cream containing 2% ketoconazole twice a day on the affected areas for 2 weeks. This will help you to get rid of the rashes. You could continue with the sunscreen after the rashes have subsided. As seborrheic dermatitis has a tendency to recur, maintenance treatment is important. You could apply the same shampoo which has been prescribed to you on the affected skin for 10 minutes during bath and wash it off. You could do this 2-3 times a week so that the rash is under control. Hope this answers your query. Take care.
