Hello When such type of cases comes to my clinic I usually prescribe them monteleukast+ bambuterole tablet twice in day for few days . Once patient get relief dosage halves . Usually allergy is responsible for such type of symptoms . You must avoid dust, mite , fumes , smokes, pollen, molds , fine dusting powder, avoid sudden fall and rise of temperature . Steam inhalation and coffee also help in this type of cases. I usually don't advise surgery to my patient. In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion. Good luck.
