Is Surgery Required For Treating Clubfoot Of A 4 Year Old?
my son has a clubfoot... we undergone casting when he was 2 weeks old but we didn't pursue it due to financial problems... my question is will my son need a operation hes now 4 years old... he can walk and his one foot is now ok just the other still but not like when he was born...thank you

at four years of age your sons club foot could be improved with further casting but may require some surgery to achieve a full correction. hopefully the extent of the surgery needed could be lessened by preoperative casting.
