Is Surgery Required To Treat Blocked Nose Due To Pollution?

Hi i have problem with my left nose hole is very small ,its been there since i born but recently i am getting so many health problems with this when i consult doctor he said my nose hole is Jamed because of pollution ,do i have to take surgery for this please help me

Regarding your query for your blocked left nose, which is from birth and your doctor had advice for surgery.

You have not mentioned the diagnosis for nasal obstruction on left side, so here I am giving some conditions causing unilateral obstruction like-

1- Deviated nasal septum.

2- Antero chonal polyp.

3- Hypertrophied turbinates.

4- choncha bullosa.

All above are managed by surgery only.
