Is Swelling In Ear Due To Insect Entering Inside, Cause For Concern?

An insect went into my ear yesterday night, I ve poured water and allow it to stag for 5 to 10 min, but still have no idea whether it comes out or not. Now i dont have any sensation in my ear, but i feel some swelling sensation in my ear. Will this create a serious issue in future or do i need to consult directly

hello,thanks for your query, insect inside d ear can cause simple abrasions or some times perforation in tympanic membrane.kindly visit an ent surgeon for assessment, for removal and for definative treatment. hope i have answered ur query.all the best. take care.
