Is Swelling On Head After An Injury A Cause For Concern?

Hello, my 13 month old grand child fell from the couch and hit her head on the wooden coffee table, she has a red mark about an inch on the side of he head, there is a little swelling but not much, she is acting fine, not crying or fussy, she doesn t seem drowsey, and no vomiting at all. should we still be concerned about taking her in to see a doctor, and also when can she go down for a nap
