Is Swelling Under The Eye,cheek And Nose After An Injury Dangerous?

Hi my son fell over my daughters pram yesterday and hit his face on a metal chair leg. Today it is quite swalon under the eye on the cheek an near his nose, and there is some bruising but he is absolutly fine in himself and he hasn't moaned about it once I don't k ow if I need to take him anywhere or not?

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query. the swelling could be secondary to the impact or it can be because of the fractured nasal or orbital or maxillary bone. consult a oral physician and get a radiograph done like OPG and rule out any fractures. meanwhile you can take analgesics and antiinflammatory drugs. i hope my answer will help you take care.
