I am doign walking every day, iam slightly overweight, inned to reduce around 3-4 kgs. But walking is not helpin gme any way. I also have good food, donot eat any junk foods at all. My friend told me that instead of walking to go for swimming, which is very good for weight loss. Is this is correct, can i go for swimming than walking?

Yes swimming pool is a good exercise to reduce weight, as it streches the body, it helps to shed down the extra fat. it should be done regularly. not for 1-2 days in a week. i belive atleast for 4- 5 days in a week
Swimming is a very good exercise for reducing the weight in a physiological way . It is next to walking or running. It stretches the body, burns the calories., must be done regularly as far as possible.
