Is Switching From Cerezette To Cerelle Safe?
concerned about the change from cerezette to cerelle - I understand that the drugs are basically the same but concerned mainly due to internet hysteria! My merina has failed and expelled so need to switch to a new method of contraception just need some reassurance!

Cerezette is an estrogen free, progesterone only birth control.
Cerelle is also a progesterone only contraceptive.
They both contain desogestrel in the same quantity. This means that they are essentially the same medication just branded differently.
