Hello.iam a 35 year old woman. i have my abdomen swollen like pregnant. iam doing excercise and taking care of my diet like cutting off bread ,sodas and sweets. but no change.i feel its all gases . what can i do?doctors tell me its obesity.iam not convinced. thanks
Hi, Thanks for posting the query. I can understand your concern. In most cases a bloated stomach causes the abdominal area to look swollen, weather you are obese or not depends on the what weight you have for the height. I would suggest you to start taking light meals and divide them into smaller but frequent portions. Identify the foods that cause gas, by maintaining the food diary. Add extra fruits and vegetables in the diet and take less fats / oils. Along with your proper diet regular exercises also is very important and to improve your metabolisms consider the following points: o Hydrate yourself. o Eat small frequent meals. o Add protein rich foods. o Drink green tea. o Do not fast. o Be active in as many ways you can.
Do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
