Is Tablet Kalms Addictive And What Is The Maximum Dose That Can Be Taken?

Hi I have a friend who s got 3 kids and going through hell with her husband. We went out for dinner and she was literally shaking that bad she couldn t even eat, we had to feed her. Then she pulls out these tablets Kalms. Now I ve started to WORRY! My questions are: Are they addictive that she depends on them?, are they bought over the counter or subscribed?, can you overdose?, what is the most you can take a day?

Kalms is a herbal remedy for insomnia and anxiety.
This is usually not addictive and safe even in higher doses and available over the counter.
However, there is no maximum daily dose recommended about this as this remedy is not scientifically researched.
