Is Taking DB13 And Lions Mane Safe For Diabetes?

Hello- My name is Betty, I am inquiring about 2 things. 1 is DB13 for diabetes. 2 is Lions Mane .I heard they were wonderful with little or no side effects. If you know anything about these 2 meds would you please tell me where I can purchase them. Thank you .
