Hi,
I understand your concern.
* Duphastone is a hormonal preparation which helps/supports pregnancy maintainace.
You had spotting after your missed periods, indicating hormone deficiency.Your doctor has wrightly started hormone replacement( duphastone,) to avoid bleeding & abortion till 9 weeks, when fetus gets attached with maternal circulation.
- Many a times such supplementation is continued till 14 weeks time if needful.
- So visit your doctor before stopping the pills, so that he can reassess & advise accordingly.
- You have to take medicines regularly / avoid physical * psychological stress.
Thanks.
