Is Taking L Arginine Granules Safe During Pregnancy?
Hi, I'm 20 weeks pregnant and got my ultrasound done. My doctor has adviced me to take L - arginine granules daily. I did some fact finding about the L - arginine on internet and found out that it is not safe during pregnancy. plz advice me what should i do.

L-Arginine is used to lower blood presseure in Gestational hypertension and Pre-eclampsia as a supplement during pregnancy.
Though it is safe during pregnancy known by clinical trials, research need to be done in case of long term usage.
