Is Taking Megafil For Erectile Dysfunction Safe?
I am a heeart patiant at 2009.Now I am 38 years old.from that day i am taking following Medicines Under Dr Ruwan Ekanayake. Rosuvas 10 mg Pidlet 75 mg Ennvas 5 mg and Angisum 30 mg . Six month before I have faced Erectile dysfunction .After that I met Dr.Srinath Chandrasekara and He Adviced me to Use Megafil Tablet.I have some fear to take this medicine.Pls advice me. Thanks

Megafil ( Tadalafil) can produce severe and life threatening fall in blood pressure when used with a nitrate. Therefore you should not use Megafil when using Angised or any other type of nitrate.
