Is Taking Cremaffin Syrup Daily Recommended For Constipation?
Hi, I am 26 years old and I live alone in Bangalore. I used to get severe constipation due to eating outside food so one of the doctors suggested to take 2 teaspoons of Cremaffin at night for sometime. Is it advisable to use Cremaffin Syrup everyday at night before going to sleep.
Cremaffin syrup can be taken for constipation but only for few days... Its long term use avoided...
For constipation daily do some exercise. Avoid excess junk foods . Drink more water. Whole grain, wheat bran , apple like fiber food taken.... Fennel in tea good for proper digestion. Ginger tea good. Fruits taken more....ex.peaches rich in fiber , iron , vitamin c so help in digestion..
Oats,blueberries , sweet potatoes etc good for healthy digestion. Avoid gas forming food excess like cabbage ...
