Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist, Shirish Sachdeva's Response
Hello,
I would like to ask one question here. Is your leg pain below the knee or just restricted to thighs ? If its below the knee then I would advise a clinical check up of your back and its radiation impact, to rule out certain red flags.
But as far as your question is concerned, Evion LC or 400 both are supplements of Vit E category (which are beneficial in reducing cramps ) Once a day is sufficient, so I would advise you to continue them. In addition, would also advise to avoid dehydration (drink 6-8 glasses of water a day). You may also, initiate Vit B12/ Methylcobalamine supplementation (also once a day), as it would also help to reduce the radiation pain and help in recovering the nerves.
In the mean time try learning some back conditioning exercises from a Physical Therapist / Physiotherapist. To train yourself before hitting the gym and avoid future issues.
