Is Taking Sinarest And Grilinctus Cough Syrup For Severe Cold During Pregnancy Safe?

Hello sir,
I stay in ranchi, jharkhand and I am 5 months pregnant. I have a severe cold and cough. My doctor has prescribed me the following medicines : sinarest, cal am 625mg and grilinctus cough syrup. I am taking all these medicines as prescribed but the continuous coughing is bothering me now. It is so acute that I get a pain in my abdomen and back.
Please suggest if I can take an alternate cough syrup that will be safe in pregnancy. Also wanted to consult if dabur honitus will be safe or not?

Thank you

It's important to know if your cough is not responding to the cough syrup you can add to the same Dabur Honitus as well (as the same will have no interaction with the other medications) more over the same is safe from your pregnancy point of view.
Also you can do gurgling using mild warm saline 3 to 4 times a day that may be make you feel better.
with best wishes
