Is Taking Step Up Ayurveda Height Increaser Recommened To Increase Height?

I am a 20 year old girl and my height is 5'2". i want to use step up ayurveda height increaser. should I use it or not? are there any side effects and also it increases weight and bone density therefore I'm afraid that it would rather broaden up my body. i want fair advice whether this product will help me out or not?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
There are so many brands of medicines in allopathy, aurveda, and other systems of medicine, and some are reliable, and some not. Some may be use full for some people and not for others.
If you want real increase of height consult an orthopedic surgeon for treatment .
He will take the X ray of the ends of long bones, and if the growth centers are active, he will give treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such requirement injection of anabolic steroid once,calcium, multivitamins, and protein supplements.Avoid calories, and fats.
