Is Temprature Fulctuations And High ESR Normal When Suffering From Paraspinal TB?

I had detected wid paraspinal tb ... i am taking Akurit 4 as prescribed by docter since 27th August but i have high ESR & always had fever about 100 C ...... when ll i start feeling better .... in between my fever was down but now fever is increasing again .. Is there anything to worry ??

Thanks for your question on HCM. Paraspinal TB is extra pulmonary infection. The treatment of TB is minimum for six months. It is chronic infection. So improvement in symptoms seen after atleast 20-30 days since TB bacilli are slow growing and drugs need time to act. So you can expect improvement after atleast 1 month of regular AKT. If still not improved than consult you doctor again for further evaluation.
