Hello, I read carefully your concern and understood your query. If you have irregular menstrual cycle, hirsutism and cysts in the ovaries, PCOS is confirmed. The testosterone level you reported is not high. You need to start treatment with contraceptive pills for some months and than try to go for laser. You should also try to loose some kg.
