dear sir i am 28yr male i m having a prblm of baldness i have dandruff also i never use any oil for the last 4 years i m using himalaya herbals anti hair loss cream for stop hair loss n regrowth of hair i want to knw is this cream really effective for regrowth of hair

It is better to use a medication rather than anti hair loss creams.

Use minoxidil,
Its a good treatment.

Apart from this you can also use tab androanagen.

Regarding food you can take any diet rich in protein.

Also you can wash hair daily.

Washing wont cause hair fall.
