Other side effects may include: nausea, headache, dizziness, vomiting etc .This is perfectly normal and should be no cause for concern. It usually last for a few days after taking the pill. Depending on what time of your menstrual cycle you used the pill, menstruations might appear sooner or later than expected. But that usually doesn t include more than week before or after the date you expected your menstruations. If I understood it correctly, you weren t expecting your menstruation for another 2 weeks, therefore it is safe to say that the bleeding you have been experiencing is related to the pill. I suggest you wait till you next cycle for starting Microgynon. It is strongly advised that you take a pregnancy test, 2 weeks after using the pill to confirm the pill was effective.
