in my chest xray impression is unremarkable chest study but the report text indicates the the bronchovascular markings are prominent with ni definite active parenchymal infiltrates. Heart is not enlarged. diapramgh and the rest of the visualize thoracic structures are unremarkable. Is it normal or theres something wrong with the findings ? please help me.
It is absolutely normal. No need to worry about it. Prominent bronchovascular marking are normal phenomenon and most commonly seen in lung bases. By rule Fluid follws the gravity and so blood is more in lung bases so the vessels around lower bronchi are more prominent and appear more on chest x ray due to more blood in it. Don't worry it is not a disease.
