Is The Child Development Normal?

My son is 2.5yrs old. His birth weight was 2.980 kgs. Now his weight is 10.800 kgs & height is 85 cms. Is it sufficient or need to increase ? He is very very active & naughty. He takes homely food sufficiently (6 times a day) & sleeps 10-12 hrs daily.
