I want to ask about my Ear problem. Doctor says that my right ear s Parda (kaan ka parda) is destroyed and need to do operation. But i heard from some people that these operations are mostly failed, and after the failure of operation, patient loose his Listening capacity.Right now i can hear about 60% from my right ear. So i m confused whether i should do operation or not? Is there any permanent solution in Ayurvedic.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi , as per your clinical history it appears as you are having Chronic otitis media with perforation which need repair by ear surgery.
Mostly result of this surgery depend upon type of disease safe/unsafe , type of surgery with reconstruction , surgeon surgical hands & patient post operative follow up. Good surgical technique can give more than 95 % success with improvement in hearing.
If you don't go for surgery your hearing will ultimately go further down , since your inner ear is expose to external environment. Also you will not able to wear hearing aid.
No medication can form new ear drum , it can prevent ear infection.
Hope above information helpful to you .
