Hello,
I have gone through your query and here are your answers: 1. Diarrhea is a symptom of prostaglandin release which happens prior to the onset of labor. 2. Fluid discharge can be either leaking membranes or cervical discharge as the cervix effaces prior to the labor. This can be detected by simply applying nitrazine papers to the liquid and if there is a color change, it would be liquor. 3. As you have increased tightening in addition, you should seek help from your health care provider to decide whether you need hospitalization. Wish you safe motherhood.
