Is The Following Diet Healthy And Helpful In Loosing Weight?
I am trying to lose weight and have hit a platue. I currently work out for 1 to 1.5 hours each morning. I am planning on changing my diet and am wondering if it would be healthy to do so for a month. breakfast: 4 eggs hard boiled (only egg whites), multivitamin lunch: 7oz can of tuna. 2 slices of whole grain bread. dinner: 6oz of chicken breast. 1 can of vegetables (beets, mushrooms or spinach).
Ya it happen after a minor weight loss weight gets stuck .it becomes plateau. U need good diet for weight loss. More of fibre good protein less carbohydrates more vitamins and minerals. The pattern u are planning is rich in protein infact high protein. Include more of sprouts in your breakfast. Have salads in lunch and dinner. Prefer skim milk can take two egg whites for breakfast. Include curds buttermilk in lunch . have channa murmura for munching. Take Dal's in dinner don't take so much of chicken include fiber like salads , biotic food like curds and buttermilk. Avoid fried ffooods. Take fruits in mornings. No juices at all. Walk 40-45 mins daily. It will help to break plateau. Consult dietician with your present height weight and age. To plan daily diet.
